How we work

In our first email or phone call, we’ll go over available production dates and the scope of your project. The minimum is 70,000 CZK plus VAT per project. We’ll also talk about whether you really need a shop that sweats more details than other manufacturers, and costs a bit more because of it.

If you already have a brief, send it over. Floor plans, sketches, drawings from your architect or photos of a style you like all help. We can also work out the concept together at our showroom in Březová (Pod Horou 410, 252 45 Březová-Oleško), where we keep thousands of samples and catalogs.

To put the quote together, we choose materials with you, pick the right technical approach and fit everything into the budget you have in mind. We usually send the quote within a week of getting your brief.

If you’re happy with the quote, we’ll invoice a deposit of about 10% of the project price. Then we’ll set a date and measure your space.

Before we can measure, the subfloors, drywall ceilings and plastered walls need to be finished, with the wiring and plumbing in place. The rooms should be clear so we can easily get to the walls and utilities. We measure everything and build a 3D model in IMOS AG software.

Then we draw your furniture from the brief, this time with exact dimensions and every detail. We dimension the key items: overall furniture sizes, closet rod heights, and the interior heights of drawers and fixed shelves. At this point we can still adjust individual pieces to your wishes. Once you approve the final design, we prepare the production data.

Before production starts, we invoice 60% of the furniture price. That covers materials and part of the production. Our team in the workshop loads the data into the machines and builds your project.

As production wraps up, we’ll reach out to set the installation date and time. We order everything from other suppliers ahead of time (appliances, paint shop, glass, mirrors, steel and aluminum parts), so nobody’s left waiting.

Your furniture is installed by our own team, the people who built it and know it inside out. They’re all insured, and none of them smoke. At the end of each day, they write up an installation report so you can check the work done. On the last day, we clean up after ourselves and haul away the waste.

Once installation is done, we invoice the balance and wish you many happy years with your new furniture.
